Sensitive or protected category data: SSN, driver's license, background check info - collected only as needed for leasing, identification, or legal compliance.
We may also process de-identified and aggregated data for analytics and business intelligence.
Directly: Forms, applications, event RSVPs, communication by phone/email/SMS.
Automatically: Cookies, pixels, analytics, device data.
From vendors and platforms: Leasing and resident portals, payment processors, tenant screening services, and marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads/Analytics, Yardi/RealPage/Entrata integrations).
Essential, functional, performance, analytics, and targeted/ad cookies are in use.
We use Google Analytics, advertising/remarketing pixels (Google, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

Legal or safety: As required by law, or to protect property, safety, or rights.

De-identified/aggregated data: Shared only as permitted by law, never in personally identifiable form.
SMS/MMS: Consent and opt-out managed directly; SMS data not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Email/SMS marketing: Unsubscribe links or email [email protected]. "STOP" to opt out of SMS.
