The Pulse OKC is committed to making sure everyone can use this site comfortably, including people using assistive technologies. Accessibility is a top priority because every visitor deserves easy access to information and services.
This website has been updated to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, specifically WCAG 2.2 at Level AA.
You can expect:
Clear and logical page structure for easy navigation
Text alternatives for images so that screen readers can describe them
Accurate site language settings to help all users and devices
Thoughtful color choices for comfortable reading
Less motion and animation to provide focus
Every video, audio file, and document is reviewed for accessibility
The Accessibility Wizard was used to identify and fix many issues, but we also rely on ongoing manual checks
Some pages include content from other providers, such as the application page hosted by Asset Living at https://www.thepulseokc.com/apply. While we always aim for full accessibility, we cannot control the accessibility of all third-party content. These pages may not meet the same standards as the rest of the site.
